Our mission at Oser Collective is make greater worldly change by aiding and empowering disadvantaged girls and women from various shelter homes across India. We have established close partnerships with NGO's on the ground which has facillitated us with the unique ability to support women who have escaped the sex-trafficking industry by funding their education, counselling, and rehabilitation.

We not only hold space for these survivors, but are fiercely dedicated to ensuring that they are gainfully employed and taught the skills necessary to reach financial freedom and self-empowerment. So, when you support us as a business, you are directly supporting the fight to ensure that holistic, professional training and educational opportunities are accessible to all women, regardless of the circumstances to which they were born into.

Our small team in Byron Bay works closely with our team in India and through long cultivated friendships, we are continually able to ensure our practice is sustainable and that the pieces we produce are ethically made and support something greater and more meaningful in this world. We are constantly connected to all life on the ground in India and are always searching for ways to better connect with and aid the displaced and marginalised members of society.
